About Jerry Parker....
I am a resident of the Town of Phelps in north central Wisconsin near the border of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It is an area that includes thousands of acres of the Nicolet and Gogebic National Forests and several thousands of lakes and streams. Having a real estate license in both Wisconsin and Michagan, I have been involved in all facets of real estate in the Northwoods since 1993 and, prior to that time, on the North Shore of Chicago. My expertise includes the marketing of on and off-water recreation properties, large hunting parcels and businesses, inclusive of retail, restaurants and resorts. My entire professional life has been involved in sales and marketing...is there a better place anywhere to use my background than in our great Northwoods?
